Daviess County Animal Care & Control has several initiatives underway for the month of December.
Holiday Hope Event
BISSELL Pet Foundation will sponsor adoption fees for adult dogs and cats through December 14, 2024. The fee for kittens and puppies will be reduced to $25.
25 Days of Spays
Daviess County Animal Care & Control is offering $25 cat spay/neuters for the month of December. This promotion includes pets and trapped cats. Pre-registration and payment is required in-person at the Animal Shelter on KY-81.
Free Spays for Female Pit Bulls
Thanks to a state grant, spay services will be provided at no cost for 27 female pit bulls. Please note, the rabies vaccine is $10 and mandatory if not up-to-date. Visit the Animal Shelter for payment and registration.
